Easter Egg Spread
The Easter Egg Hunt is all over and what are you going to do with all those boiled eggs!!! Wonder no more-this is a perfect use for them.
Serves 8
1/2 cup (4 ounces) Philidephia fat-free cream cheese
2 tablespoons fat-free milk
1/2 teaspoon JO's Dill Seasoning
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Stir in milk, JO's Dill Seasoning, and black pepper. Add chopped eggs. Mix gently to combine. Good as sandwich filling or on crackers.
Each serving equals:
