Tuna-Cucumber Appetizers

Tuna-Cucumber Appetizers

These are as refreshing as they are easy. The hardest part is slicing the cucumbers and if you happened to get a food processor, that's even a snap.

Serves 10 (5 each)

1/2 cup (4 ounces) Philadelphia fat-free cream cheese
2 tablespoons Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
2 tablespoons chopped pimentos
1 (6-ounce) can white tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked
50 cucumber slices

In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, dillweed, and pimentos. Add tuna. Mix well to combine. Evenly spread about 2 teaspoons tune mixture on each cucumber slice. Place cucumber slices in a covered container and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
