Golden Corn Relish


Serves 4 (1/2 cup)

1/4 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 cups (one 16-ounce can) whole-kernel corn, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup (one 2-ounce jar) chopped pimiento, drained

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickle relish, and mustard. Add corn and pimiento. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Gently stir again just before serving.
