Serves 1

1/3 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons powdered peanut butter
1 Tablespoon fat free cream cheese
1 Tablespoon Cool Whip topping
2 to 3 packets of Splenda

Serving suggestions-serve with fruit, such as sliced apples. Or vegetables, like celery or carrot sticks.

Each Serving Equals:

1/2 Dairy or Fat Free Milk, 1 Meat or Protein
