Reuben Roll-Ups
If you've got a hankering for a delicatessen sandwich, here's a hot treat you can serve during halftime any night you choose. You'll cheer right along with the cheerleaders at the kind of teamwork the ingredients in this recipe deliver!
Serves 8
1 (8-ounce) can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 cup (one 8-ounce can) regular sauerkraut, drained
1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing
1 (2.5-ounce) package Carl Buddig 90% lean corned beef, finely chopped
2 (3/4-ounce) slices Kraft reduced-fat Swiss Cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll and separate crescent rolls. In a small bowl, combine sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, and chopped corned beef. Spoon a full 2 tablespoons of mixture on large end of each roll. Cut Swiss cheese slices into 4 pieces. Place a quarter slice of cheese on top of each. Roll up as for jelly rolls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Serve hot.
