Chunky Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Serves 6 (1/2 cup)

1/4 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
1 tablespoon Splenda Granular
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1 cup diced unpeeled cucumber

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, Splenda, and Italian seasoning. Add tomatoes and cucumber. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
