Creamy Vegetable Medley

This just may be your perfect choice for an easy, but "out of the ordinary" vegetable dish to compliment roasted turkey.
Serves 4 (1 cup)

1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
1/3 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon JO's Lemon Herb Pepper Seasoning
4 cups frozen cauliflower, broccoli & carrot blend, thawed

In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, combine celery soup, skim milk, and JO's Lemon Herb Pepper Seasoning. Add vegetables. Mix well to combine. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.

HINT: Substitute any reputable brand for JO's Lemon Herb Pepper Seasoning.

Each serving equals:
HE: 2 Vegetable, 1/2 Slider, 9 Optional Calories

  3. I liked this a lot. I served it with a piece of orange roughy. I think that next time I would cut down the lemon pepper and substitute with some garlic powder.-Originally posted on Healthy Exchanges website-from Judy's List of Favorites website.
