Bring Down the House Upside Down Cake

20 ounce can of crushed pineapple (in it's own juices)
1 box (1 pound) andel food cake mix
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
non stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Fold the pineapple and cake mix together in a mixing bowl, including the juice from the pineapple. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the pan and top with poppy seeds. Bake for 30 minutes. Optional, garnish with raspberries and pineapple.
