Leona's Healthy Nacho Casserole
This is my grandmothers famous Nacho Casserole that I have made over "healthy". No easy feat! But, grandchildren for miles around came running when this was on the menu!
20oz 7% fat ground turkey
1 cup chopped onion
1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup Light 8th Continent soy milk
8 oz Baked Cheese Doritos
Brown turkey, and onion in medium skillet, or pot. Once browned add Cream of Chicken Soup, and soy milk. Stir well to combine. Heat through. Approximately 5 to 8 minutes. Put one ounce of Doritos on each serving plate, top with 1/2 cup of meat mixture. Serve at once!
