Creamy Barbecued Burgers

What a deal - the meat lovers get a yummy sandwich filling while their bones get an extra dose of calcium!

Serves 6

16 ounces gound 90% lean turkey or beef
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup (one 8-ounce can) Hunt's Tomato Sauce
2/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon JO's Chili Seasoning
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
6 reduced-calorie hamburger buns

In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. In a medium bowl, combine tomato sauce and dry milk powder. Stir in mustard, JO's Chili Seasoning, parsley flakes, and black pepper. Add sauce mixture to meat mixture. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. For each sandwich, spoon about 1/2 cup meat mixture between a hamburger bun.

HE: 2 Protein, 1 Bread, 1 Vegetable, 1/2 Protein, 1/3 Skim Milk
