Italian Sunrise

This is very filling, and you feel like you are vacationing in Italy!
Serves 1

2/3 cup frozen crinkle cut zucchini or 2/3 cup fresh sliced zucchini
3 egg whites
2 teaspoons reduced fat Kraft Parmesean Cheese
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Mix cheese, and italian seasoning together until well combined. Spray large skillet with butter-flavored cooking spray. Place zucchini in single layer in skillet. Cook over medium heat till zucchini is golden brown. Add three egg whites. Stir gently trying not to break the eggs apart. Cook eggs through. Place on serving plate. Sprinkle cheese mixture on top of egg mixture. Serve at once.
