2 oz ground Turkey
1 cup onions
1/2 cup dark red kidney beans
1/4 cup low fat cheese
1 tortilla
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
Garlic
Worcestershire Sauce
Cumino
Pam

Blend 1/4 cup of cottage cheese till smooth in blender. (Mock Sour cream!) Mix 2 ounces raw ground turkey with 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin. Let set. Spray non stick pan with pam. Put in half cup chopped oinion, fry till onions start to turn brown. (caramel). Add in ground turkey meat. More Worcestershire sauce, garlic and cumin to taste. Stir till cooked through. Add kidney beans. Heat through. Serve with 1/4 cup low fat cheese on top. With tortilla and mock sour cream.
