Meatloaf

Sheila Butters of Oelwein, IA shares a recipe her husband loves. She also said she never has trouble with this recipe falling apart like a lot of other meatloaf recipes do. What more can you ask for?
Serves 6

1 lb ground turkey or beef (90% lean)
1 cup evaporated skim milk
2 tablespoons chopped parsley, optional
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine all ingredients. Shape. Bake on rack at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.

Each serving equals:
HE: 2 Protein, 1/3 Skim Milk, 8 Optional Calories
