Man Lovin' Salisbury Meatloaf

Man Lovin' Salisbury Meatloaf

Joan Sinclair, Omaha, NE, asked for a meatloaf with salisbury flavor as her husband, Ed, is partial to Salisbury steak. If this doesn't do the trick, nothing will.
Serves 6

3/4 cup finely chopped onion*
1 (12-ounce) jar Heinz Fat Free Beef Gravy*
16 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
6 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) dried fine bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Heinz Light Harvest or Healthy Choice Ketchup
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, saute 1/2 cup onion for 5 minutes. Reserve 1/4 cup gravy. Stir remaining gravy into onion. Lower heat and simmer while preparing meatloaf. In a large bowl, combine meat, remaining 1/4 cup onion, bread crumbs, ketchup, parsley flakes, and reserved 1/4 cup gravy. Mix well to combine. Pat mixture into prepared loaf pan. Evenly spoon onion-gravy mixture over top. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Place loaf pan on wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 6 servings.
