Pineapple Scallop

Pam Houston, Ceder Rapids, IA, shares a delicious pineapple dessert!

Serves 6

2 (8-ounce) cans crushed pineapple, packed in fruit juice, undrained
1/4 cup Splenda Granular
1/4 cup I Can't Beleive It's Not Butter, Light Margarine
9 slices reduced-calorie white bread, cubed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine undrained pineapple, Splenda, and margarine. Stir in bread cubes. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 6 servings.

HINT: Especially good with pork or ham
