Zippy Supper Casserole

If you want a macaroni dish that doesn't just taste like macaroni give this one a try.

Serves 6

16 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup fat-free milk
1/3 cup reduced sodium ketchup
1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon (2 1/4 ounces) shredded Kraft 2% Milk Chedder cheese
2 1/2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1/3 cup (3/4 ounce) crushed Lay's Light Fat Free baked potato chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-12-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, onion, and green pepper. Stir in mushroom soup, milk, and ketchup. Add Chedder cheese and macaroni. Mix well to combine. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle crushed potato chips over top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 6 servings.

HINT: Usually 1 1/3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni cooks to about 2 1/2 cups.
