Roasted Spaghetti Squash


Serves 4 1/2 cup servings

1 Spaghetti Squash
Sea Salt
Bragg's Seasonings
Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning

Cut whole squash in half, widthwise, so you have two short pieces, versus two long pieces. Remove seeds and pulp. Spray with cooking spray, salt with sea salt, sprinkle Greek seasoning, and Bragg's seasonings seasonings to taste inside squash cavities. Put on a cooking or baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Take out of oven and let set for 5 minutes. Use fork to take strands out of squash and serve!

HINT:If  you cut the squash width wise, you will get long spaghetti like strands. If you cut it length wise you will get mushy short strands, that do not resemble spaghetti at all.
