Joe's "Sorta Lasagna"

2 cups ricotta cheese
1 lb ziti, cooked
1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce with meat
3/4 lb Mozzarella cheese
10 oz spinach, cooked, drained
Mix egg and ricotta cheese in bowl; add remaining ingredients; mix gently. Spoon into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May substitute cottage cheese for ricotta cheese.
