Easy Beef Stroganoff
Serves 4
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup Catsup (recipe on pg 221)
1 cup beef broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup yogurt
4 oz. noodles, cooked
Brown ground beef with onion in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add catsup, broth and seasonings. Simmer until done to taste. Stir in yogurt just before serving. Serve over noodles. May substitute sour cream for yogurt or rice for noodles.
