Creamy Corn

Serves 6 (1/2 cup)

1/4 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/8 teaspoon JO's Lemon Herb Pepper Seasoning
1/2 cup (4 ounces) Philadelphia, fat-free cream cheese
3 cups frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed

In a large saucepan sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, combine skim milk, parsley flakes, onion flakes, and JO's Lemon Herb Pepper Seasoning. Add cream cheese. Mix well to combine. Cook over medium-low heat until cream cheese melts and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Stir in corn. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until mixture is heated through, stirring often. HINT: 1. Substitute any reputable brand for JO's Lemon Herb Pepper Seasoning. 2.Thaw corn by placing in a colander and rinsing under hot water for one minute.
