Fiesta Corn Dip


Serves 6 (1/3 cup)

3/4 cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream
1/2 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup (3/4 ounce) grated Kraft fat-free Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon JO's Chili Seasoning
1 cup (one 8-ounce can) whole-kernel corn, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup (1 1/2 ounces) shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, onion flakes, parsley flakes, and JO's Chili Seasoning. Stir in corn and Cheddar cheese.Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve with reduced-fat corn chips or crackers.

HINT: Substitute any reputable brand for JO's Chili Seasoning.
