Iowa Tuna Corn Chowder


Serves 4 (1 1/4 cups)
*Freezes Well

3/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
1 1/2 cups (one 12-fluid ounce can) Carnation Evaporated Skim Milk
1 (6-ounce) can white tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked
1 cup (one 8-ounce can) cream-style corn
1 cup (one 8-ounce can) whole-kernel corn, rinsed and drained

In a large saucepan sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, saute celery and onion for 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in celery soup and evaporated skim milk. Add tuna, cream-style corn, and whole-kernel corn. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Each serving equals:
