Italian Corn Relish


Serves 4 (1/2 cup)

1 1/2 cups frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing

In a medium bowl, combine corn, onion, and green pepper. Add Italian dressing. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Gently stir again just before serving.

HINT: Thaw corn by placing in a colander and rinsing under hot water for one minute.

Each serving equals:
