Strawberry Lemon Gelatin Salad
Anytime you combine strawberries and Diet Dew you can't help but stir up something fantastic.
1 (4-serving) package JELL-O sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1 (4-serving) package JELL-O sugar-free lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup Diet Mountain Dew
2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
1 1/2 cups Yoplait plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup Splenda Granular
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, combine dry strawberry and lemon gelatin. Add boiling water. Mix well to dissolve gelatins. Stir in Diet Mountain Dew and strawberries. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until mixture starts to thicken. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, Splenda, and vanilla extract. Blend yogurt mixture into gelatin mixture. Pour mixture into an 8-by-8-inch dish. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 8 servings.
