Curried Turkey Pizza
A twist on the Middle East. Great for snack, lunch, or party appetizers. Just cut into fourths or eighths for appetizers.
1 ounce ground turkey
1/2 pita pocket (preferably onion flavor)
1/4 cup hummus (perferably roasted garlic flavor)
1/2 cup onions
curry (1/4-1/2 teaspoon)
garlic to taste

Mix 1 ounce ground turkey with curry and garlic, set aside. Spray non stick skillet with Pam. Put in onions, and brown. Add turkey cook till done-brown. Cut half pita in two. Put the inside face down. And outside face up. Spread hummus on top. Add turkey mixture on top of that. Bake in oven at 400 degrees. Till the hummus is crispy and turning brown.
