Middle Eastern Pizza
This is really low cal. And great for a snack, or lunch. Great idea for parties or appetizers as well.
1/2 pita pocket
1/4 cup hummus
Zuchinni
Grill zuchinni slices/strips on grill. Cut half pita in two. Put the inside face down. And outside face up. Spread hummus on top. Add zucchinni on top of that. Bake in oven at 400 degrees. Till the hummus is crispy and turning brown.
