Turkey Noodle Soup
2 ounces ground turkey
1 cup onions
1 cup zuchinni
1 can 99% fat free chicken broth
1 cup no yolks noodles
garlic
worcestershire sauce
salt
Pam
Mix garlic and worcestershire sauce, with raw ground turkey. Set aside. Spray non stick skillet with Pam. Stir fry onions and zucchinni, till caramelized. Add ground turkey, stir till cooked through. In medium sauce pan, pour one can 99% fat free chicken broth, veggies, turkey, and noodles. Bring to boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Salt to taste.
