Winter Garden Salad
Serves 6
1 (4 serving) pkg lime gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups fat free cottage cheese
3/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
In large bowl combine dry gelatin and boiling water. Mix well until gelatin dissolves. Cool 5 minutes. Blend in mayonnaise and cottage cheese. Add celery, carrots and onion. Mix gently to combine. Pour into 8x8 dish. Chill until set.
Each serving equals:
